Summer Season Has Begun: Go For The Local Products and Support Farmers

The summer season has already begun, and I want to remind you of an important tip that will help maintain good health and boost energy for you and your loved ones. 😎🔋

The fresher the product (less processed), the fewer hands it has passed through (wholesalers, retailers, resellers), the more life energy it contains, making it more valuable. The principle is simple: the closer to the original source, the better.

Overall, we humans are brilliant, creative, and innovative, but we cannot replicate something completely identical to what exists in nature. For example, physical products like honey produced by bees or digital creations like those who build metaverses (a matrix within a matrix). This would require a complete and detailed understanding of this reality, which is currently beyond human comprehension. But that’s another topic…

If you aren’t already, find and shop from your local farmer, butcher, beekeeper, etc. Choose those who use the best agricultural practices—regenerative, organic, permaculture, etc.—and those who have the biggest smile and joy for life, like the woman in the picture. 🙂 If you have the desire, opportunity, and enthusiasm, then create your own garden! It will be even more valuable and better!

Why do this? First and foremost, for your health to have more energy, but also for economic reasons, thereby supporting family businesses and farmers who produce and sell quality products. Additionally, some companies and conglomerates lack morals and values. In reality, people and businesses with high morals and heartfelt work are rare gems that need to be sought out. When I was in high school, there was a poster in the biology/chemistry lab that said: “You Change. I Change. The Whole World Changes.”

So, shall we start with ourselves first?! 😉

Wishing you strong health and many joyful moments! 🤩
