How to Figure Out Solutions for Business or Personal Problems?

As entrepreneurs and business leaders, we encounter and solve problems daily. These problems vary in both complexity and scale depending on the company's stage of growth. You are likely focusing on ensuring revenue growth, hiring top performers, managing strategic partnerships, dealing with work overloads, and many other tasks. I won't go into detail about these areas or try to provide business advice because every situation is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution. However, there are unconventional approaches we can take for problem-solving.

Before I dive into some approaches I use myself and mentor others on, there are two important prerequisites for this to work successfully from my perspective.

The first one is belief, which is pretty straightforward. The second one is pure intention and goodwill—you should be virtuous and aim to do good for yourself and others.

Okay, now to the approaches/instruments:

  1. (3-2-1) Alpha or Theta State of Mind

Originally, I picked this up from Silva Ultramind, and it's very effective. It involves entering altered states of mind through a gradual progression of 3. relaxing the body, 2. relaxing the mind, and 1. being at your heart's center and core, completely physically and mentally relaxed, safe, and sound. By practicing this for at least a month, 15-20 minutes a day, you will slowly anchor these states and be able to enter them very rapidly when necessary. You should always presume that you are in complete safety and peace, and nothing negative can happen.

From here, you can do many things to solve your personal questions:

  • Engage in active visualization of how you would like to solve a particular problem
  • Connect and engage with your higher self or spiritual mentor, asking how to solve a particular problem. Answers may come as images, feelings, intuition, or even characters that may appear.
  1. Breathing Sessions (30+ minutes)

Breathing techniques like Wim Hof, Buteyko, Oxygen Advantage, and many other methods have become mainstream, and I'm very happy about it. They work like magic both physically and energetically. If you experience high stress, burnouts, or even more serious issues like depression or vegetative dystonia, it's not about whether you should do breathing sessions; it's a MUST! And no, don't say you don't have time—CREATE it. You can thank me later.

I personally use both Wim Hof and RBM (Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery). Before any breathing session, state a clear INTENT of what you want to work on, for example, your business problem, and then do the session. You might need more than one session from my experience, and the beauty lies in the fact that you can both solve the problem during the breathing session or get answers that can be applied afterward. More about this in another posts.

  1. 1-Day Nature Hikes

This is a cool and active way to both engage in recreation and solve life problems. I think this works in two ways—first, you have stated the INTENT to reach an answer, and second, environmentally, Mother Nature acts as a catalyst that helps us come up with answers. We should actually spend more time in nature—it gives strength, energy, positivity, and many other benefits to our well-being. The point here is to be relaxed, present, and grounded. Forget your daily problems, but take a notebook and pencil with you—write down what you observe or what comes to your mind during the hike.

If we look at this from a very simple perspective, where do you get your best ideas? Is it really while sitting in a board meeting at your office? Perhaps, while being in the shower or going for a run? Anyway, you get the idea. Seek God's or your spiritual teacher's wisdom and guidance.

  1. Seek God's or Your Spiritual Teacher's Wisdom and Guidance

This can be done in conjunction with the first approach. Even if you don't actively meditate or enter altered states, you can just seek God's or your spiritual teacher's wisdom and guidance in your life. Be calm, present, and at peace, reaching out for support in your mind.

  1. Learn to Use Tarot

I'm not going to explain this one here publicly. If you feel an urge to learn and use them, feel free to reach out to me as there are some guidelines and rules you should understand, and most importantly, take responsibility for.

Additionally, sometimes the answers might not come visibly and immediately, and that’s fine, but it doesn’t mean that it’s not a work in progress. You can’t always solve everything with your ego and mind as you wish. There are certain things that you might not completely comprehend, but when the wheel of time rolls out, the answers will reveal themselves to you. Be patient; some experiences (like cancer, diseases, big life tragedies) must be learned and transformed on a soul level, and you shouldn't neglect these lessons that are provided to you. In deep pain and suffering, you may find and develop true love for life, people, and planet Earth.

In summary, these unconventional approaches—entering altered states of mind, practicing breathing techniques, taking nature hikes, seeking spiritual guidance, and using Tarot—can provide profound insights and solutions to both business and personal problems. Embrace these methods with belief, pure intention, and goodwill, and you may find the answers you seek unfolding naturally in your life.
